At Frost Warden, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed efficiently and delivered reliably. Below you will find detailed information regarding our shipping timelines, cancellation procedures, and how we handle delivery issues.


1. Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please follow these guidelines:

  • 24-Hour Window: You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. To do so, please email us immediately at support@frostwarden.shop with your order number.
  • Post-Dispatch Status: If your order has already been processed and handed over to our shipping carrier, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you may follow our Returns & Refund Policy once the package arrives.
  • Refund for Cancellations: Once a cancellation is confirmed within the 24-hour window, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account.

2. Shipping Framework (United States Only)

Currently, we focus exclusively on serving customers within the United States.

  • Handling Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Transit Time: Standard delivery usually takes 5–8 business days.
  • Tracking: As soon as your jacket is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey.

3. Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

To ensure your jacket reaches you without delay, please double-check all information during checkout.

  • Customer Responsibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, a valid phone number, and a correct email address.
  • Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender: If a shipment is returned to our facility because of an incorrect address, missing apartment number, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for the reshipping costs.
  • Address Corrections: If you notice a mistake in your address after placing an order, please contact us within 12 hours. We will do our best to update it, but we cannot guarantee changes once the shipping label has been generated.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was “Delivered” but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management.
  2. Contact the local carrier office directly.
  3. If the package is still missing after 48 hours, reach out to us at support@frostwarden.shop so we can assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.

5. Policy Updates

Frost Warden reserves the right to update our shipping and cancellation terms as needed. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
